Description
DUAYEN TECH 408 is used for the production of sandwich elements with moisture-containing porous base layers (e.g., wood). The base layers can be bonded to each other or to metals, laminated panels, various plastics, polystyrene, polyurethane, and other rigid foams. The main area of application is the manufacturing of sandwich elements such as partition walls (thermal insulation, soundproofing), facade elements with mineral fiber cores, or mats bonded to coated sheet metal or compression molding compounds and plasterboard. Alt tabakalar birbirine veya metallere, lamine panellere, çeşitli plastiklere, polistiren, poliüretan ve diğerlerinden yapılmış sert köpüklere bağlanabilir. Ana uygulama alanı, bölme duvarlar (ısı yalıtımı, ses koruması), mineral elyaf çekirdekli cephe elemanları veya astarlanmış sac veya sıkıştırma kalıplama bileşiklerine ve sıva levhalarına bağlanmış paspaslar gibi sandviç elemanların imalatıdır.
